Explain what happens when the temperature of a fixed mass of ice is raised from 0 degree to 10degree Celsius
- The temperature remains at 00C until all ice has melted and then rises at heat is added.
- The volume decreases to a minimum at 40C and then increases with temperature up to 100C.
