State Bragg’s law of X-ray diffraction
State Bragg’s law of X-ray diffraction
It states that for constructive interference of diffracted X-rays to occur, the path difference s an integral multiple of the wavelength of the X-ray.
Or
2dsinθ = nλ
Where d = interatomic spacing
θ = glancing angle
λ = wavelength of X-rays
n = integral number
