- To provide list of teachers that are easily accessed for consultations.

- To provides a platform for sharing of knowledge.
- To provide topical and general exams to interested students.
Justification
- Youths are motivated by videos, pictures, and thus video is an excellent media to attract their attention.
- Lack of school science laboratories
- Limited skilled science teachers; unskilled teacher will learn from skilled teachers.
- Loss of interest in sciences due to unavailability of teachers
- Video inspire and will be used as a cheap form of storage and transmission of knowledge.
- Teaching of hard concepts can be translated into local Languages cheaply..
- Videos are cheap and handy: videos can be watched any where and at any time and can easily be circulated.
- Important communications to the learners like carrier guidance can be passed on the video as breaks.
