1. USB Ports:

   • USB-C: A newer, versatile port used for data transfer, charging, and video output. It’s reversible, meaning you can plug it in either way.
   • USB-B: Often used for printers and other larger peripherals.
2. HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface):
   • Used to connect monitors, TVs, and projectors. It carries both video and audio signals.
3. Ethernet Port:
   • Used for wired internet connections. It looks like a larger phone jack.
4. VGA (Video Graphics Array):
   • An older type of port used to connect monitors. It carries only video signals.
5. DVI (Digital Visual Interface):
   • Another video port, often used for monitors. It can carry both digital and analog signals.
6. Thunderbolt:
   • A high-speed port used for data transfer, video output, and charging. It’s commonly found on newer laptops and desktops.
7. Audio Jacks:
   • Used to connect headphones, microphones, and speakers.
8. Serial and Parallel Ports:
   • Older types of ports used for connecting peripherals like printers and external modems. They are less common on modern computers.
