Factors for the rise of Gamal Abdel Nasser to power in Egypt

Nasser was born January 15, 1918, in Alexandria, Egypt and grew up in Al-Khatabah and later moved to Alexandria. He became interested in politics and then joined the army in 1937.  He was known for his rebellious nature and participated in anti-British demonstrations. Nasser’s rise to power in Egypt was influenced by several key factors:
