Why is the boiling point of water higher than that hydrogen fluoride?

Water has higher boiling point than hydrogen fluoride because each water molecule has two hydrogen atoms and two lone pairs on the oxygen atom; this makes able to form four hydrogen bonds with surrounding water molecules. While HF forms fewer hydrogen bonds per mole with surrounding HF molecules since it has fewer Hydrogen atoms per molecule.

The hydrogen bonds in water thus, require higher temperature to beak leading to higher boiling point.
